After a period of silence, The Injester have risen once more, bringing their macabre circus of metal back to the stage. Known for their theatrical blend of horror, heavy riffs, and carnival-inspired chaos, the band’s return promises a darker and more unhinged chapter than ever before.
The hiatus, brought on in part by the global pandemic, left fans wondering if the twisted troupe would emerge again. Their absence was felt across the UK scene after their explosive early appearances at Hammerfest 2019, Bloodstock 2021, and Download Festival 2022, as well as the release of their critically acclaimed debut album A Spectacle to Behold on Halloween 2022.
Now, with fresh energy and new blood in the lineup, The Injester have announced their resurrection.
“The circus never truly dies—it just waits in the shadows,” says drummer Morax. “We’ve been sharpening the blades, painting the masks, and now it’s time to bring The Injester back to life, louder and darker than before.”
Fans can expect new shows, new horrors, and the full force of The Injester’s theatrical metal assault in the coming months. The carnival gates are open once again.
