Dark-carnival metal outfit The Injester have confirmed the return of Auguste, reuniting one of the band’s most iconic lineups. Known for their twisted stage theatrics and bone-crushing sound, The Injester are preparing to unleash a new era of chaos with Auguste holding down the low end.
Originally part of the band’s early rise, Auguste played a crucial role in shaping The Injester’s heavy and theatrical sound, including their breakthrough performances leading up to the release of A Spectacle to Behold. His departure left a gap in the circus of madness, but now the carnival gates have swung open for his return.
Drummer Morax welcomed him back with enthusiasm:
“The Injester has always been about family, about characters who bring the nightmare to life. Auguste returning to the fold feels like unfinished business—it’s time to bring the darkness back louder than ever.”
Fans can expect Auguste to rejoin the band on stage later this year, adding his signature groove and presence to the upcoming shows. Combined with the recent addition of guitarist Grym, the band’s sound promises to be heavier, darker, and more unhinged than ever.
